Local firms earn sales and marketing awards

Celebrating its 23rd year in 2004, The Nationals pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates, and sales and marketing councils.

Winners were selected by a panel of 10 building, design and marketing professionals, including Denise Dersin, senior editor for Builder Magazine.

Award ceremonies, which will be held Jan. 19 in Las Vegas, coincide with NAHB's International Builders Show. Silver award winners are eligible for the Gold Award in each category. Gold Award winners will be announced during the ceremony.
