Preferred builder program for Grandezza announced

Stock Development has announced a new preferred builders program for the Grande Estates neighborhood at Grandzza, a private country club community in Estero.

Grande Estates is an estate home neighborhood of lakefront homesites lining Grandezza's golf course.

According to John Zagar, vice president of sales for Grandzza, four builders will be participating in the preferred builder program: Empire Builders, Lucarelli Development, Arthur Rutenberg Homes/Lyons Housing Corp. and Divco Homes.

"With the opening of a central sales office at Grandzza, we have created anew preferred builders program," said Zagar. "Empire Builders has a furnished model open and an inventory home under way. Divco is starting anew furnished model this month. Lyons recently opened a new furnished model and Lucarelli has a model scheduled to open in December."

The estate homes are available in a variety of floor plans priced from $325,000, excluding homesite.

Grandzza has a 7,089-yard golf course. The clubhouse offers formal and informal dining, locker rooms, a fitness center, a pro shop, a media room, library resort-style pool and tennis center.

The community is off of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, a half-mile north of Corkscrew Road, Exit 123 of Interstate 75. The sales center is inside the entrance gates.
