Wild Orchid unveiled at Olde Cypress

Wild Orchid offers 17 homes lining the Olde Cypress P.B. Dye-designed golf course. Nine of the homes offer golf course and lake views across the 16th hole and eight of the homes have fairway views of the 15th hole.

According to Jill Rogers, vice president of sales for Olde Cypress, Distinctive Communities offers five floor plans ranging from 3,213 to 3,920 square feet under air. Home and homesite packages are priced from $933,026.

Standard features of each home include custom-raised panel cabinetry with 40-inch upper cabinets, granite countertops and a KitchenAid appliance package in the kitchen. Master suites feature his-and-her walk-in closets, Roman tub with tile tub deck and custom raised panel cabinetry. Tile flooring is featured in the entry, living room, dining room, family room, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry room, hallways and bathrooms.

Olde Cypress offers eight neighborhoods of homes with prices starting from the mid-$300s to more than $1.5 million and single-family homesites starting in the low-$100s.

Social membership to the clubhouse is included with each home purchase. The clubhouse offers a players lounge, library, casual and fine indoor and outdoor dining, Barcelona Bar, fitness center, media center, and card rooms, private lockers for each golfing member, and golf pro shop. An 18-hole, par-72 P.B. Dye golf course is limited to 350 golf members who may opt to own their own golf cart. There are four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and a lap pool.

The Olde Cypress on-site sales center is at the community's entrance off Immokalee Road, 1.3 miles east of Interstate 75 at Exit 111.
