Naples police this afternoon identified two people found dead this week in an apparent murder-suicide in the Park Shore neighborhood.

Authorities have confirmed that a man found dead in the home is Stephen John Lennon, who would have turned 49 on Sunday. Police said the second body is presumed to be that of Nilda Bacal, 51.
Investigators are waiting on final confirmation from the medical examiner’s office tests regarding Bacal because officials didn’t want to confirm her identity visually.
The cause of death remains under investigation, investigators said today.
The bodies were found at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at 655 Fountainhead Way.
