Bonita Village signs restaurants
The owners of Gourmet Catering and Take-Out in Naples and Vincenzo's Italian Restaurant on Bonita Beach Road have both agreed to open food establishments at Bonita Village on Bonita Beach Road. The Lavignes, owners of Gourmet Catering, plan to create a casual cafe serving breakfast and lunch, with gourmet take-out options available.
The owner of Vincenzo's, Ed Alvarez, plans to open a restaurant with seated dining and tropical gourmet dishes.
Mediterra green home under construction
Mediterra recently announced that the first Florida Green Building Coalition certified model home is now under construction. The model, called The Modena, will have energy and water conserving appliances and a central dehumidification system. The 6,800 square foot home is expected to be priced at $5.85 million when it goes on sale.
Tomaino leads Mediterra sales
Joe Tomaino has recently been named the sales leader for the months of March and April at Mediterra, the 1,697 master-planned community being developed by The Bonita Bay Group in North Naples. Tomaino brings more than 15 years' experience in Naples area real estate and has been on the Mediterra team since it opened for sales. Tomaino is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and was recognized this spring by the Collier County Building Association with the Million Dollar Circle Sand Dollar Award.
