Coconut Point mall gets 2 new restaurants

Two new restaurants are being added to the lineup at the 1.2-million-square-foot Coconut Point mall in Estero.

California Pizza Kitchen will be housed in a 5,900-square-foot location and will feature dine-in, take-out or curbside service for lunch and dinner. The menu will include Thai chicken pizza, Jamaican jerk pizza, barbecue chicken chopped salad and Kung Pao spaghetti.

The restaurant also will feature a full bar, along with more than 40 specialty drinks, according to a press release from Simon Property Group.

The Grape will include a wine shop or cellar where guests can browse and taste wines as well as the Wine Bar. The restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating and gourmet food to match the wine.

The Grape currently operates 12 locations throughout Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama.

The two join previously announced Ruth's Chris, Ted's Montana Grill and Ernest Hemingway's Island Grill at the mall.

The first of the stores at the mall, including Old Navy and Sports Authority, opened in April.
