Battery reports
• On May 23, James Bell of 2097 San Marco Road was transported to the Collier County jail after Christopher DeBeers reported to officers that Bell struck him at McDonald's, located at 899 N. Collier Blvd.
• On June 3, John Cyr of 813 Buttonwood Court and Jeremy Cihlar of 160 Trinidad St. were transported to the Collier County jail when officers responded to a disturbance at Reflection's Bar, located at 1000 N. Collier Blvd. The arrests were made after officers confirmed Mario Garcia's statement that both men struck him.
DUI arrest
On June 3, officers observed a vehicle driven by Patricia Bott, 50, of 239 Seahorse Court, traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer observed a strong odor of alcohol and after she failed a sobriety test, the officer transported her to the Collier County jail.
Possession of marijuana and DUI arrest
An officer observed a vehicle driven by Peter Kavanagh, 47, of Sunapee, N.H., making several traffic offenses in a construction zone on May 25.
While conducting a traffic stop, the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol and administered a field sobriety test, which Kavanagh failed. A search of his vehicle revealed marijuana. He was placed under arrest and taken to the Collier County jail.
Possession of marijuana arrest
On June 5, officers observed a vehicle driven erratically by Eric Jude, 23, of 173 Andrea Lane, Naples. A search of his person revealed marijuana and Jude was transported to the Collier County jail.
Theft reports
• Ibetty Cruz reported on May 29 that someone broke into her vehicle and stole several items while it was parked next to the Judge S.S. Jolley Bridge. The estimated value of the stolen property is $1,750.
• Raul Rodriguez reported on June 2 that someone stole a metal pipe from his trolley while it was parked at 940 Chalmers St. The estimated value of the stolen property is $100.
Warrant arrest
Steven Cicolini was taken to the Collier County jail from 240 N. Collier Blvd. for an active arrest warrant for collection court.
Criminal mischief, aggravated assault and disorderly intoxication arrest
On May 26, officers saw Brien Paul Montgomery, 28, of 9007 Cherry Oaks Trail, unit 101, Naples, damaging vehicles parked at Executive Tire & Automotive Center, located at 855 Bald Eagle Drive. Montgomery ignored officers verbal commands to stop and became defensive. Once he was apprehended and witness statements were confirmed, Montgomery was transported to the Collier County jail.
Criminal mischief and escape while in lawful custody arrest
After responding to a disturbance at Reflections Bar, located at 1000 N. Collier Blvd., officers took Amy Perillo, 29, of 1160 Edington Place into custody. While she was being transported to the Collier County jail, she damaged the police vehicle in an attempt to escape.
Criminal mischief arrest
On May 29, Tom Shimell, 22, of 1801 Dade Court, was transported to the Collier County jail for damaging property in a home, also located at 1801 Dade Court.
Criminal mischief reports
• Kristine Gaston reported on May 30 that someone damaged several walls at Anglers Cove condominiums, located at 999 Anglers Cove, with graffiti. The estimated value of the damage is $50.
• Patrick Layton reported that someone damaged a wall at 551 S. Collier Blvd. with graffiti sometime between May 28 and May 30. The estimated value of the damage is $50.
• Edward Kormanyos reported that someone damaged his mailbox, located at 646 Bamboo Court, and his neighbor's mailbox. The estimated value of the damage is $85.
• Joel Corellana reported that someone damaged his vehicle between June 2 and June 3. The estimated value of the damage is $900.
• Joan Ricci reported that someone damaged her vehicle while it was parked at the Riverside Condominium Club, located at 1085 Bald Eagle Drive. The incident occurred between May 25 and May 27 and the value of the damage is unknown.
