Applicants sought for court vacancy

The Twentieth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announced a vacancy in the Lee County Court resulting from the recent appointment of Judge Edward J. Volz Jr. to the circuit court for the Twentieth Circuit.

Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the last five years, a registered voter and must be a resident to the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time he or she assumes office.

Applications can be downloaded from The Florida Bar's Web site, www.FloridaBar.org.
