The Collier County Housing Development Corp. will host a housing fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Golden Gate Community Center located at 4701 Golden Gate Parkway.
Realtors, mortgage companies, developers and builders will be on hand to provide prospective home buyers with information. County officials will also offer buyers information about the county’s affordable housing assistance programs, including down payment and closing cost assistance and loans for home repairs.
“We help people come in and tell them everything they need to know to buy a house,” said Kathy Patterson, director of the Collier County Housing Development Corp.
Patterson said more than 32 vendors have signed up to participate.
