Mirabella model at Cypress Bend

Harbourside Custom Homes has completed the Mirabella model, a three-bedroom, four-bath lifestyle home in Cypress Bend at Shadow Wood Preserve. The Mirabella has 2,900 square feet of living space, and 4,256 total square feet, including a two-car garage, entry and covered lanai. The model overlooks a large lake, the fifth tee of the Arthur Hills-designed Preserve golf course, and a nature preserve. Cypress Bend is a neighborhood of 32 homes built by Harbourside Custom Homes.

Teramo sold out at Mediterra

The Teramo neighborhood at Mediterra has sold out.

The neighborhood of 13 single-family homes, surrounded by a lake, nature preserves and the eighth hole of the golf course was introduced in July 2005.

Homesites in Teramo ranged from three-quarters to one and one-third acres, and were priced from $550,000 to $950,000. In response to increasing demand, The Bonita Bay Group introduced two additional single-family home neighborhoods, Buonasera and Serata. The neighborhoods are being offered two years ahead of projections.

Owners move in at The Reserve

The first owners have closed their homes at The Reserve at Estero, a new community of single-family homes being developed on Estero Parkway by Toll Brothers. Ten homes were closed in the last week of March, and the first homeowners have moved in. Closings are expected at a steady pace through spring and summer. Eight home designs are offered at The Reserve, and homes range from 1,364 to 2,537 square feet.
