Brian Buck, 33, turned himself in at 2:25 p.m. and is charged with scheming to defraud of $50,000 or more.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office said Buck met the victims after they called for screen enclosure repairs or replacements after suffering damage from Wilma. Buck then would write an estimate and ask for a 30 to 50 percent deposit, authorities said.
Each victim paid Buck with a personal check. No work was ever completed, authorities said.
