Three men recently have been arrested in separate cases for trafficking drugs in Immokalee.
William Williams, 45, 6106 Taylor Road S., Immokalee, was arrested Tuesday for trafficking cocaine.
According to a Sheriff’s Office report, an undercover officer purchased cocaine from Williams in January using $1,800 of Collier County Sheriff’s Office investigative funds. Officers recovered more cocaine from Williams in February.
The Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Bureau conducted an investigation of Williams and charged him Tuesday with two counts of trafficking in cocaine, 28 to 200 grams, sale of a con trolled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
About 135 grams of cocaine, with a street value of about $1,200, were seized as a result of the investigation.
On June 9, at about 7:15 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Herrera, 19, 1188 Allegiance Way, Immokalee, and Joey Cisneros, 40, 1417 Plum St., Immokalee. Both men were arrested in Immokalee.
Herrera was charged with trafficking in cocaine, 28 to 200 grams, and possession of cocaine. Investigators seized about $1,200 of cocaine as a result of the investigation.
Cisneros was charged with two counts of marijuana possession with intent to sell and two counts of sale of marijuana. Investigators seized marijuana with a street value of about $1,000 as a result of the investigation.
