Southwest Florida to get more rain

Keep your umbrellas out because Southwest Florida should get some rain in the afternoon and evening today, the National Weather Service reports.

Temperatures are expected to reach 89 degrees today with winds out of the east at 7 to 11 mph. The relative humidity will be at 91 percent and temperatures should drop to about 76 degrees tonight.

The rain chance will stay in the forecast through the middle of the work week with highs hovering around 90 degrees, the weather service said.

Monday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will reach 89 degrees with east winds at about 11 mph. Monday's low will be 76.
