The Florida Gulf Coast University School of Nursing is looking for a new director.

The current director, Karen Miles, has accepted a position with the University of Florida's nursing program, FGCU spokesman Susan Evans said in a e-mail.

Dr. Peg Gray-Vickery, a founding faculty member of the School of Nursing, has been named the school's interim director, Evans said.

Gray-Vickery will start her new duties July 17.
