Criminal arrest warrant

• Richard Allen Dorcsak, 47, of 900 Henderson Creek Circle, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. June 14 at 815 Kendall Drive after officers responded to a call regarding a subject working at a job site on Marco Island. He was wanted on an arrest warrant from Collier County.

Dorcsak was placed under arrest for violation of state probation for aggravated battery, failure to appear for drug possession and driving under the influence.

Dorcsak was taken to the Collier County jail.

• Johnny Roman Reyes, 48, of Tampa, was arrested at 10 a.m. June 15 after being stopped for a vehicle with a defective brake light. A records check of the driver revealed he was wanted for a criminal arrest warrant from Collier County for a theft.

Reyes was taken to the Collier County jail.

Assault of law enforcement officer/ resisting officer without violence/noise violation

After responding to a call about a loud party at 11: 55 p.m. June 11 at 123 Saxon Street, officers arrested Edward Stewart, 47, of 5400 Skyline Drive, Cheyenne, Wyo.

Officers said Stewart was being loud when they arrived, and warned him to quiet down.

While they were taking statements from witnesses, Stewart continued to violate the noise ordinance. He was warned again, but became hostile and resisted restraint until he was tasered by an officer.

Stewart was taken to the Collier County jail.

Fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer/driving while license suspended or revoked/canceled, resisting an officer without arrest

Fedelina Castillo, 23, of 326 Cereus Drive, Naples, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. June 14 at a chase from North Collier Boulevard and Elkcam Circle, and then to Cereus Drive after an officer saw a speeding vehicle.

The officer gave chase, but Castillo reportedly continued to try to elude him.

Once the vehicle came to a stop, Castillo tried to flee, but was apprehended. A records check revealed she was not licensed.

Castillo was taken to the Col lier County jail.

Driving under the influence arrest

Robert Earl Raulerson, of Oviedo, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. June 13 in the 300 Block of North Collier Boulevard after an officer saw a vehicle traveling fast in a construction zone. Raulerson smelt of alcohol when he was stopped, and after failing a sobriety test was taken to the Collier County jail.

Possession of a controlled substance

Vincent Puopolo, 28, of 2191 San Marco Road, and Michael Socobasin, 30, of 2302 Rookery Bay Road, Naples, were arrested at 4:03 a.m. June 13 after being stopped because their vehicle had a broken tag light. While questioning the driver and passenger, officers thought the two men were acting suspiciously, and searched them and the vehicle. The search revealed marijuana and cocaine.

Puopolo and Socobasin were taken to the Collier County jail.

Burglary arrest

Kevin Eagleston, 45, of 167 N. Collier Blvd., was arrested at 5:45 p.m. June 6 after he was found entering a condominium unit at 280 S. Colllier Blvd., where he was employed, for no apparent reason.

Eagleston was taken to the Collier County jail.

Vehicle theft

• Carlos Morales reported that someone broke into his vehicle at a construction site between June 8 and 9 at 1640 Heights Court and stole tools.

Their value is unknown.

Police are investigating.

• Jennifer Quinn reported on June 16 that someone entered two unlocked vehicles in her driveway at 1527 Buccaneer Court and stole several items valued at $2,150.

• Duane Nettles reported on June 11 that someone stole a motor scooter from his 120 Greenview St. residence.

He also reported that someone entered a vehicle of his and stole cigarettes. The items are valued at about $435.

• Lisamarie Jackson reported that someone stole several DVD video movies from her unlocked vehicle at 7:29 p.m.

June 12 at 1000 N. Collier Blvd. in the Walgreen's parking lot. The stolen property is valued at about $100.

Thefts

• Ruth Diebbler, of 120 Clyburn St., reported that someone entered her home between June 12 and June 13, and stole $600.

Police are investigating.

• Gregory Sclafani reported that between June 5 and 6, someone entered a home under construction at 707 Plantation Court, stole a tool and caused damage to the home. The stolen property and damage is estimated at about $1,635.

• C.J. Cabral reported that on June 16 that someone had stolen aluminum cage materials valued at about $7,000 from a job site at 481 Nassau Court.

• Victor Hanes reported on June 15 that someone stole his wallet he'd left on a computer stand in the registration lobby at The Charter Club, 700 S. Collier Blvd. The loss is estimated at about $410.

• A Mrs. Curle reported that someone entered her home at 388 Lamplighter Road between May 25 and June 17, and stole several jewelery items, value unknown.

• Ethan Burlew reported that someone stole construction material from a site at 263 Shadow Ridge Court between June 13 and 14. Value of the property is estimated at abut $364.

• Kim Peet reported that between Feb. 2 and Feb. 22, someone stole several items from her residence at 482 Bald Eagle Drive. The property is valued at about $4,650.

Bicycle theft

Peter Ferreira reported that someone stole a bicycle from a parking lot at his residence at 140 Marco Villas between June 13 and 14. The value of the bicycle is about $100.
