The Bonita Springs City Council approved a zoning request today to build a storage facility on a 3.7-acre plot of land on Bonita Beach Road.
The facility, called Bonita Road Lockup, will have almost 100,000 square feet of storage space on top of the 4,000 square feet of office space. It is near the Palm Lake Resort mobile home park and the Brookside Estates subdivision.
Napita Holdings, LLC asked for the zoning change to commercial planned development for the storage facility. This was the only item on the zoning agenda for the City Council, which meets on the fourth Monday of every month to discuss zoning matters.
