A Fort Myers teen has qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur.
Aaron Sherry, 16, grabbed the second of two qualifying spots at Hideout Golf Club in Naples today. He shot a second round 70 for a 142 total, which is four shots behind medalist Bobby Bode, of Fort Lauderdale.
Sherry got the second spot by one stroke.
