A Bonita Springs man is accused of beating and raping a teenage girl.

Nelson Garcia, 26, of an unidentified address on Pawley Avenue, entered a Fort Myers home and hit a teenage baby sitter, according to Lee County Sheriff's reports. The girl told police she was knocked unconscious and when she awoke, Garcia was assaulting her. The incident occurred Monday.
According to reports, the girl attempted to push him off, but he hit her again and she passed out. When she awoke the second time, he was gone. The baby was not harmed.
WEBIFIED
The victim, identified only as Bonita girl between 12 and 1 years old, said she did know Garcia.
Garcia was arrested early this morning. He has been charged with sexual assault, false imprisonment and burglary.
