Peterka memorial to be held today

A memorial service for Jim Peterka, who died Sunday after a protracted battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease, will take place at 1 p.m. today at Hodges-Josberger Funeral Home on Elkcam Circle, opposite the Post Office.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Naples or the Therapy Development Fund for Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). Contact details of those beneficiaries will be available before and after the service.
