Years in Business: Crazy Flamingo has been in business for the past 19 years. The sushi bar has just been launched.

Products and Services: Salads and appetizers such as shiro miso soup ($3); sashimi and nigiri such as fresh water eel ($6), flying fish ($5), squid ($5) and octopus ($6), and maki sushi such as California (blue claw crab, avocado and cucumber, $7.50), wild king salmon ($7.50) and tempura shrimp (spicy aioli, avocado, cucumber and sweet tsumai sauce, $8). Most expensive item is spicy lobster (Maine lobster, avocado and cucumber covered with abiko) at $10.50. Japanese beer and wines are also available.

Hours: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, and happy hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., which includes half price sushi and drinks.
