Taste of Marco 2008

Thousands of people flocked to the annual Taste of Marco celebration Sunday at the Esplanade.

Attendees enjoyed samplings from Marco’s top chefs, listened to singer Myles Loud, and enjoyed sideshows that included promotional booths for some of the island’s charitable organizations.

The big winner of the event was the festival’s main recipient, the Marco Island YMCA, which will receive half of the profits.
