The First Annual Gulf Coast Little League Golf Tournament is on Aug. 24, at Lely Flamingo Island Golf Club in Lely Resort.
The tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. and it will be a four-person scramble with an assortment of on-course events and raffle prizes.
The entry fee is $75 per person or $300 per foursome. Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin and longest drive. Raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the tournament. The event will conclude with a buffet luncheon at the Lely clubhouse.
Players and hole sponsors are needed.
Through the support of individuals and companies, the youth of East Naples and Marco Island will be able to continue to participate in Little League baseball and softball. Gulf Coast Little League is the second longest-running league in Collier County, beginning 49 years ago.
