The Fort Myers Miracle will play the Dunedin Blue Jays in the best-of-three Florida State League West Division playoffs.

Dunedin clinched the second-half title Friday night. The Blue Jays will host the first game of the series on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

The Miracle, who won the first-half title, will host Game 2 at 7 p.m. the following day. If necessary, the Miracle will host Game 3 at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4.

Tickets are on sale at www.miraclebaseball.com or by calling 239-768-4210.

The winner of the series will advance to the FSL Championship Series against the East Division series winner beginning on either Sept. 4 or 5 at the West Division champion.

Palm Beach won the first-half title, and Jupiter, Daytona and St. Lucie are in contention for the second-half crown.

THRESHERS 4, MIRACLE 1: Clearwater started Drew Naylor quieted the Fort Myers bats Saturday night, allowing one run in seven innings on seven hits with one walk.

Eli Tintor hit a solo home run in the third inning, his sixth of the year, to account for the Miracle’s only run.

ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE: The parent-club Minnesota Twins announced Saturday that six current or former Miracle players are slated to play in the Arizona Fall League, an annual showcase for the game’s top prospects.

Pitchers Jeff Manship, Rob Delaney, Tim Lahey and Anthony Slama, infielder Steve Tolleson and outfielder Dustin Martin will play for the Phoenix Desert Dogs.
