It was created by massive amounts of Hydraulic fluid from a garbage truck. Attached is a photographic example of this two mile long slick. This is just the culmination of the state of the waste management fleet of trucks."

Mr. Borders has written county authorities about the problem.

Below is the email sent to county authorities.

Hello,

I don’t know if your department has any oversight of the fleet of garbage trucks serving our community?

But, just in case, I wanted to bring to your attention that there is an Oil Slick encircling the Valencia Lakes Community.

This along with a haphazard attempt to soak it up. It seems like every week I walk out to retrieve my garbage containers there is at least one new oil spot on the pavement.

Today’s event is no less than total incompetence on behalf of the waste company.

Somebody needs to do a better job maintaining this fleet as well as training the operators to at least stop when their truck is gushing hydraulic fluid.

Attached is a couple photographic examples of what this entire community looks like today.
