About 100 people attended the annual installation of the new President and 2008 board of the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce at the Island Country Club on Jan. 13. In addition, the Leadership Marco program participants graduated after an intensive, four-month program that enlightened them about many aspects of Marco Island, its government, recreation, healthcare, schools, police and fire departments, as well as off-island tours such as to the Physicians Regional Hospital and NCH.
