What is your favorite restaurant? The Blue Heron on the Isles of Capri. I love it. It has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent.
What is your favorite dish there? I enjoy their duck. It’s so crispy.
How many times a week do you eat out? About once or twice.
Do you get an appetizer or a dessert? I love desserts, especially Grand Marnier soufflé.
Name three other restaurants you enjoy, and why? There are so many good restaurants on Marco, and I think we’re fortunate to have them. I believe in supporting local restaurants. Three other favorites I would say are Marco Polo, Da Vinci’s and Arturo’s, but I would add the House of Mozart to those.
