Dr. Fred Eck recently announced that Dr. Altinai Gorrity has joined his practice at 950 N. Collier Blvd., Suite 305.

Before joining Marco Dental Care, Dr. Gorrity practiced in New York City and Orange, New Jersey. She obtained her DDS degree in New York at the New York University College of Dentistry.

“Known for her compassion, care and concern for her patients both young and old alike, she is an asset to this island that is lacking a female dentists touch,” Dr. Eck said in a press release. “She is a consummate professional who frequently expands her commitment to high quality dentistry by participating in advanced education. Her warmth and personality shine through while catering to each individual’s unique needs making them feel welcome and at ease.”

Gorrity says she enjoys treating both children and adults and emphasizes personalized high quality dentistry with a focus on cosmetics, reconstructive dentistry, Invisalign and traditional orthodontics for both children and adults. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association and the International Association of Orthodontics.

Gorrity is a resident of Marco Island and is a married mother of two young boys. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and is also a very active participant in her boys school endeavors.
