AVE MARIA — Pulte Homes will hold a free Family Fun Event at the Ave Maria North Park in Ave Maria from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.

As part of the event, Pulte Homes will open 25 of its furnished home models for viewing. Special savings of up to $50,000 will be offered on select new homes.

During the Family Fun Event, there will be narrated trolley tours of the town and its amenities. Refreshments, including hot dogs and snow cones, will be provided, and there will be a bounce house and inflatable slide for children. There will also be giveaways.

The Ave Maria North Park includes a children’s playground, a concession facility, basketball courts, a combination softball/little league field and soccer fields. It is located in the northern portion of the overall Ave Maria project, directly across from the Ave Maria Water Park and within walking distance of Emerson Park, a single-family home community developed by Pulte Homes.

As the primary residential developer of Ave Maria and its amenities, Pulte Homes will build approximately 8,000 homes in the town through its family of brands -- Pulte Homes, DiVosta Homes, and Del Webb. Offerings will include single-family homes, detached and attached villas, town homes and carriage homes priced from the mid- $100,000s to the high $400,000s.
