What is your favorite restaurant? Why?
I like the Watermark Grill. The food isn’t bad and it is a unique, one-of-a-kind place.
What is your favorite dish there?
They serve a really good steak.
Do you usually get an appetizer or dessert?
I sometimes have shrimp as an appetizer. I’m really not much into desserts.
What other restaurants do you like?
Some of the better chain places, like Moe’s, Five Guys Pizza and Tropical Smoothie.
What qualities do you look for in a restaurant?
Decent food at a reasonable price.
What about service and atmosphere?
If the food was just as good, I’d travel a little farther for the atmosphere.
There is a wine bar near the hospital that begins serving at 7 a.m. They cater to some hospital employees who work all night and go there in the morning for their happy hour. What do you think of that?
I’ve been on the night shift, and I just think you have to be careful with that.
