MARCO ISLAND — Theft of landscape equipment
Jose Sanchez Angeles reported that someone entered a landscape trailer at Fairlawn Court and Collier Boulevard between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., Nov. 5, and stole equipment valued at approximately $900.
DUI
An officer saw a driver near 1200 San Marco Road driving carelessly and stopped the vehicle at 12:07 a.m., Nov. 8. Driver Michael Vernon Haisan, 32, of 125 Gulfstream Street, Marco Island, was arrested, taken to Naples Jail Center and charged with DUI.
Theft of landscape equipment
David Rice reported that someone broke into a utility trailer at 950 Bald Eagle Drive and stole landscaping equipment between 6 p.m., Nov. 8, and 7 a.m., Nov. 10. The equipment’s estimated value is $5,200.

Alejandro Lora reported that someone broke into his utility trailer at 1000 North Collier Boulevard between 7:30 p.m., Nov. 8, and 7:30 a.m., Nov. 10, and stole tools and landscaping equipment valued at approximately $7,090.

Daniel Costigan reported that someone broke into his storage shed at 1227 Edington Place Unit M7 and stole fishing equipment between 1 p.m., April 28, and 8 a.m., Nov. 1, valued at approximately $200.
