Grand theft
Brent Voss reported that someone stole electrical equipment between 7 p.m. August 19 and 7 a.m. August 27, from a construction site, 961 Windward Avenue. Estimated value of stolen property from the water plant site is $2,200. Investigation continues.
Criminal mischief
Earl Cowles reported that someone broke a window to a trailer parked at Moran’s Barge Marina, 3200 San Marco Road between 9 a.m. August 21 and 12:30 p.m. August 27. Estimated value of damaged property is unknown at this time. Investigation continues.
Vehicle registration violation
Driver Ryan Douglas Peacock, 30, of 27911 Carl Circle, Bonita Beach was stopped by a police officer at 12:34 p.m. August 27 near the 300 block of North Barfield Drive for an equipment violation. Peacock was cited and released for driving while license suspended and scheduled to appear in court.
Theft of a bicycle
Patricia Stala reported that someone stole a bicycle she had chained to a railing in the parking lot of the Bombay Club, 695 Bald Eagle Drive, between 2 a.m. August 30 and 12:30 p.m. August 31. Estimated value of stolen property is $200. Investigation continues.
Theft from a vehicle
Roy Peters reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole a GPS unit and a calculator while his vehicle was parked at 1661 Almeria Court at 6:15 a.m. September 1. Estimated value of stolen property is approximately $405. Investigation continues.
