Give blood and see a movie for free
The cost of going to the movies just got cheaper, for blood donors anyway.
Anyone who successfully donates blood from 3 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at Muvico theatres at Coconut Point mall in Estero will receive a free Muvico movie ticket.
In North Naples, donors will receive a free Regal movie ticket from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Hollywood 20 theaters.
Anyone at least 17 years old and weighing 110 pounds can donate blood. People can safely give blood every 56 days. There is no maximum age for donating blood.
