Clyde Butcher’s monumental photographs of American landscape

The Everglades, and all of natural Florida, holds a beauty seldom seen by tourists, or even native residents.

Clyde Butcher’s compelling fine art photography chronicles some of America’s most beautiful and complex ecosystems. Recognized both nationally and internationally, he is regarded as Florida’s finest landscape photographer. His hope is that through the photographic recognition of the natural beauty of Florida, undeveloped areas of the state will be preserved.

An exhibition, open now through Dec. 11, was developed through a supportive partnership between Physicians Regional Medical Center and the Naples Art Association at The von Liebig Art Center. Artwork on display in the medical center helps to create a healing environment for patients, visitors and staff.

For more information, contact Jack O’Brien at The von Liebig Art Center at 262-6517 ext. 106.

Ten percent of proceeds from the sale of artwork in this exhibition benefit Physicians Regional Medical Center. The Physicians Regional Medical Center, Pine Ridge is located at 6101 Pine Ridge Road in Naples. Gallery hours are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
