Web site available to home buyers

Naples residents and interested home buyers around the world can now learn more about the available homes, home sites and the world-class amenities at Estuary at Grey Oaks by logging onto

This custom Web site is created and maintained by Premier Properties e-commerce division. Premier Properties is the exclusive representative of Estuary at Grey Oaks.

Before you head out for the course, the site offers a convenient section describing the golf courses and downloadable scorecards for each of the two courses offered at Grey Oaks Country Club and the Bob Cupp designed course at Estuary.

An innovative feature is an interactive site plan, which shows Premier’s available homes and lots within Estuary. A zoom slider allows you to get a closer look at the lot’s position within the community. This resourceful tool also brings up property photos, a property description and price. By clicking on a map location link, you link to a Google map showing the street view. “This up-close feature gives potential clients the opportunity to narrow their search, even before they tour the community,” said Melissa Williams, onsite Estuary agent. “At the same time, it can pique their interest about another property.”

Premier Properties is the exclusive Southwest Florida affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates. The company has full service offices in the Village on Venetian Bay, and The Gallery Office in The Northern Trust Building in Park Shore; Broad Avenue South and Fifth Avenue South in Old Naples; Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples; the Esplanade Shoppes on Marco Island; and The Promenade Shoppes in Bonita Springs.
