Letter to the Editor: Not a fan

Easter Sunday, the most glorious of all the churches celebrations, came to a dead hault with the sermon given by the minister at the sunrise service.

I have attended many of the services in the past and have always walked away feeling warm and uplifted. However, this year the brimstone and fire sermon was a disgrace and I hope that minister will never be asked to take part in the Easter service again.

Easter is suppose to be the celebration of Christ and his accent and a day to be thankful for his ultimate sacrifice that he shed his blood to wash away our sins. and a day to reflect on the workings of Christ in your life! A fire and brimstone speech you can get on any TV evangelist show...
