NAPLES — Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is hosting Dive into Oceans Day, a hands-on, family-friendly event featuring oceans and their amazing resources from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center, 300 Tower Road.

Kids and adults will have the opportunity to get wet in a 13,000-gallon “Be a Diver” pool, get up-close and personal with a variety of marine life in aquariums and touch tanks, see plankton through a microscope, meet Clyde Butcher and view his artwork, view underwater films and more.

A food vendor will be on site.
