New hires at Keller Williams Elite Realty

Jim Golden, Meg Said, Brian Geidner, Daniel Hake and Gerard Ripo have joined Keller Williams Elite Realty in Bonita Springs. Golden has beena licensed real estate agent for five years. Prior to real estate, he worked in law enforcement and has a degree in law enforcement from Manchester Community College in Connecticut. Golden is a Member of FAR, NAR and The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers.

Sadi has been a licensed real estate agent for almost 20 years and is also licensed in Kansas and Connecticut. Her previous experience includes lending, financial specialist, insurance and securities industry. Sadi is a Member of NAR, Lawrence Kansas Board of Realtors, Stanford (Connecticut) Board of Realtors. She also holds a degree in nursing from The Kansas City School of Nursing.

Geidner has lived in Southwest Florida for 18 years, coming from Cleveland. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for four years with prior experience in the mortgage finance business. Brian Geidner is a Member of The Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Hake has owned homes in Southwest Florida for 44 years coming from Madison, Wisc. Dan is a newly licensed Real Estate agent in Florida and is also licensed in Wisconsin. Hake graduated from The University of Wisconsin and holds a degree in economics and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Ripo works with KW Commercial and has lived in Southwest Florida his entire life. Ripo graduated from The University of Florida and holds a bachelors degree in agricultural engineering and a masters degree in civil engineering.

Heller attended Temple University in Philadelphia and had a career in marketing and advertising prior to real estate. She has earned several real estate designations, including the CDPE, SRES and GRI. She is a member of the Naples, Florida and National Associations of Realtors.

Smith has more than 25 years of experience in real estate in Florida. Originally from Merrick, Long Island, New York, she moved to Florida in 1985. Prior to her career in real estate, Smith served as a Personnel Manager for the R.H. Macy department store chain. She is currently a member of the Naples, Florida and National Associations of Realtors.

Originally from Dearborn, Mich., Carroll has 33 years of real estate experience. She has been a seasonal resident of Marco Island since 1999. Carroll graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich., with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She currently serves as a sales and rentals closing assistant with experience in property management, listing and selling properties, and foreclosure sales.

Nancy Campbell, of Naples, has been appointed to the Advisory Council of the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Program by Richard Akin, President and CEO of CHS Healthcare. Campbell is a long time member of The League Club, Inc. in Collier County and a graduate of Naples Greater Leadership, class 8. The Care Mobile Program is a partnership between CHS Healthcare and Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwest Florida

WALKER PROMOTED at BANK OF FLORIDA — SOUTHWEST

E. Bramel Walker, III has been promoted to assistant vice president, relationship manager serving Collier and Lee counties. Based at the company’s headquarters in Naples at 1185 Immokalee Road, Walker is responsible for developing and managing the full range of financial relationships with commercial business clients, including business development, maintenance of credit standards, and serving as a relationship manager, advocate and advisor for businesses as well as the principals of those companies.

Walker has been with the company for six years and started his career in the credit department as a summer intern. Following his graduation from Stetson University with a degree in business management and minor in finance, he joined the company full time as a credit analyst.

He is a native of Naples and graduated from Naples High School. He currently volunteers his time with Junior Achievement teaching a class at Naples Park Elementary. He also coaches for Naples Youth Soccer and assists with the soccer programs at both Naples High School and Barron Collier High School.
