Undercover investigators from the Collier County Sheriff's Office arrested a 33-year-old Immokalee woman Wednesday on a prostitution charge, and charged two men with acting as her pimp.
Margarita Lopez Lopez, whose address was not listed on an arrest report, as well as Isidro Martinez Hernandez, 44, and Eddie Morales-Ferrer, 33, both of 713 Second Ave. N., No. 39, Immokalee, were charged with living off the earnings of a prostitute.
Around 5 p.m. on Wednesday an undercover investigator from the Sheriff's Office's Human Trafficking Unit went to Cleve's Trailer Park to "purchase the services of a prostitute," according to an arrest report. In July Martinez Hernandez told the same investigator that the price to have sex with a girl in his trailer was $23, but reports say she did not agree to the deal.
On Wednesday the undercover investigator again found Martinez Hernandez, and asked if there were any women in the area. Martinez Hernandez told him to go inside his trailer.
Reports say that Morales-Ferrer opened the door to the trailer, and let the investigator inside. The investigator gave Morales-Ferrer $25, who in turn said he would give him $2 in change when he was done.
In the bedroom, Lopez Lopez started to undress, and the investigator asked if she would perform a sex act on him for $10, reports said. She started to take out a condom, and told the investigator to take off his pants, authorities said.
The investigator then gave a signal, and additional detectives arrived and arrested Lopez Lopez, Morales-Ferrer and Martinez Hernandez.
Lopez Lopez told investigators that she arrived at the trailer on Tuesday to work as a prostitute, and had sex with 10 men on Tuesday and three on Wednesday.
Morales-Ferrer paid her $120 for her efforts, she said, and she received $15 in tips.
