Theft from department store
A theft was reported to police at Beall's Outlet Department Store, 684 Bald Eagle Dr., at about 6:30 p.m., Nov. 19. Fatime Naverro, 22, of 432 Bald Eagle Drive, was arrested for theft and taken to jail.
Theft of $3.59 beverage
Jehan Kahn reported that a subject entered the Chevron Convenience Store located at 1095 N. Collier Blvd. at 8:50 a.m., Nov. 30, and stole a beverage valued at $3.59 then left without paying.
Theft of BBQ
Coleen Hodsdon reported that a barbecue grill was taken from the parking lot at Schilling Jewelers, 1845 San Marco Rd., at about 10:15 p.m., Nov. 19. Estimated value of loss is $2,000.
Possession of cocaine
Police found what they say was a boater with dope at about 10:30 p.m., Nov. 28. Officers responded to a call at 1441 Butterfield Ct. regarding a suspicious vessel docked at the residence. Boat operator Timothy Pillars, 45, of 14500 Tamiami Trail, Naples, who claimed to be having mechanical problems with the vessel, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, police said.
Burglary, theft of jewelry
Jefferey Baier reported that someone entered his residence at 1391 Delbrook Way between 6:10 a.m., Nov. 27 and 10:45 a.m., Nov. 28 and stole jewelry valued at approximately $3200.
Burglary, theft of TV
Monica Walsh reported that someone entered the residence of Bruce Walsh at 262 Tahiti Rd. and stole a television valued at approximately $600 at some time between 7 a.m., Nov. 21 and 1:20 p.m., Nov. 22.
Burglary, theft of TV and accessories
Dale Rod reported that someone entered the residence of Peter Bergman at 1874 Woodbine Ct. and stole a TV along with accessories valued at approximately $700. The burglary occurred some time between 5 p.m., Nov. 27 and 8:30 a.m., Nov. 28.
Driving while license suspended
Police stopped a vehicle near 1000 North Barfield Drive at about 11:30 p.m., Nov. 18. The driver, Rafael Villela, 33, of 1015 Anglers Cove, unit G406, Marco, was not licensed to operate a motor vehicle, police reported. Villela was released on a notice to appear in court.
Driving while license suspended
Police stopped a vehicle at 826 East Elkcam Cir. just after midnight Nov. 20. Driver Carl Prince Johannes, 25, of 367 Yellowbird St., Marco, was charged with driving with a suspended license and released on a notice to appear in court.
DUI
Officers responded to a call at the guard entrance gate located at 1000 Cape Marco Dr. at 11:25 p.m., Dec.1, regarding a suspicious vehicle attempting to gain entry. Shane Robert Toole, 22, of 1509 Sandliff Dr., Pensacola, was charged with DUI and taken to jail.
