Darlene Roddy and Walt Lazek won the 7.0 Mixed Doubles Division in the Rally for the Cure Mixed Doubles Tournament at the Greater YMCA. The event earned $2,300 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Karen Hatcher, left and Linda Mitchell enjoyed the Rally for the Cure Tennis Tournament at the Greater Marco YMCA.
The Rally for the Cure Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament raised $2,300 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We had many individuals donate to the cause and not play in the tournament.
We had 56 players participate in the tourney at the YMCA tennis courts.
The tournament had 15 6.0 doubles teams, six 7.0 doubles teams and three 8.0 doubles teams. A round robin format was used in each division.
The winners in each division were:
6.0 Platinum Division, Joyce Perry and Vinny Casalino.
6.0 Gold Division, Catherine Rappoport and Rodrigo Villablanca.
7.0 Division, Darlene Roddy and Walter Lazak. Second place, Mac Chaudry and Mary Adams.
8.0 Division, Maria and George Hayden. Second place, Donna and Jim Looney.
