Want to feel good and smile a lot? Become a volunteer at the Greater Marco Family YMCA.
At the Greater Marco Family YMCA, your time and talent go a long way. Every hour you spend as a Y volunteer translates into the caring attention a child or teen needs to develop values like sportsmanship, responsibility, respect, compassion and honesty. You will help provide support for and promote healthier lives for people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes. You will make a commitment to build a community that’s a great place to live and work.
As a YMCA volunteer, you can lead a program, serve as a role model for young people, help in an office or at a special event, raise money or be part of a committee working on community issues.
No matter how you help, you’ll make a big difference as you work with others to create a connected feeling in the community of Marco Island. Working together to find solutions before they become issues, the Greater Marco Family YMCA needs people like you; where your skills, talents and commitment to your community is always welcome.
Volunteers welcome as youth sports coach, youth sports official, consultant, fitness, major events, photographer, and teen programs … the list is endless.
