Blosser appointed new SALES ASSOCIATE

Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., the largest locally owned and operated real estate brokerage in Naples based on closed sales transactions and sales associates, announced the addition of John S. Blosser as a new sales associate.

A resident of Bonita Springs, Florida, Blosser has been involved in real estate sales in Southwest Florida for 28 years. Prior to joining Downing-Frye, Blosser worked with the Bonita Bay Group, selling residential real estate in Bonita Bay, Shadow Wood at The Brooks and Mediterra. He also previously sold at The Forest Country Club in Fort Myers.

During his career, Blosser has been actively involved in the industry and received numerous awards. He served as Co-chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the Bonita Springs-Estero Board of Realtors for two years and received the Pinnacle Award five times from the Lee Building Industry Association for extraordinary sales experience.

Blosser is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a bachelors degree in Political Science, Mathematics and Spanish. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Dave Arter Named CBIA Associate of the Year

Dave M. Arter Jr., an associate with Oswald Trippe and Company Inc. specializing in personal lines insurance including homeowners and automobile, has been recognized as the 2008 Associate of the Year for his work with the Collier Building Industry Association. Presented at the organization’s recent installation banquet, the award, selected by prior recipients, recognizes those who serve the mission and represent the core values of the CBIA.

The opening of the new FineMark National Bank & Trust Coconut Point office located at 10010 Coconut Road, Estero in the Brooks Town Center has been finalized.

The 9390 square foot building is home to a team of personal banking, business banking and trust and investment specialists. The office has a grand two story lobby surrounded by private conference rooms and offers safe deposit boxes and drive thru access. The bank features a community room and a kitchen for the chef, who prepares food for the bank’s clients and guests. The office was designed by architect Bruce Gora and constructed by Owen Ames Kimball.
