Mackle going to the dogs

Who and when was it decided to allow dogs at Mackle Park?

With all the ducks and other wild life at the park why would you want dogs chasing after them.

The dogs are to be on a leash but most owner’s use a leash that appears to be a short leash but when the dog wants to chase something or someone it reels out half way around the walking/bike path.

So much for providing plastic bags to pick up after your dog; I don’t believe you will need to reorder very soon. It doesn’t appear many dog owner’s use them. A lot of money has been spent to make the park look wonderful so why let it go to the dogs.
