Stock Development posts strong February sales
Stock Development posted a strong new home sales report for February. For the month, Stock Development posted 26 new home sales at its communities of Lely Resort, Paseo and Vivante, up from January’s 24 sales.
According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, the company’s sales volume totaled $9.6 million, a nearly $2 million increase over the previous month, for an average sale price of $370,000. Lely Resort led the way with 15 new home sales.
“We sold a new home nearly every day and indications from the first week of March show the trend continuing ” said Stock. “For the month the average sale price increased by $50,000, demonstrating that the market is responding to our architecturally superior homes and world-class lifestyle amenities. The current buyer is more educated than ever and they recognize the overall value found in a Stock Development community.
Stock Development is building homes priced from the $160’s to more than $1 million in three Southwest Florida communities.
At Lely Resort, a total of 13 neighborhoods are offered with prices beginning from just $199,990.
