An evening of unforgettable music by bass vocalist Christopher Temporelli and concert pianist Quentin Kim is scheduled for Thursday, March 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. These two young musicians have incredible talent and are sure to offer a memorable evening of entertainment. Chris has performed nationally and internationally with the New York Opera, the Toronto Opera and other well-known companies. Quentin is currently a C.V. Starr Doctoral Fellow at Julliard. Each musician will perform individually and then these two gifted artists will perform several pieces together. Tickets are $20 members, $25 for non-members and $30 at the door (seating available). On Friday, March 27, the Art League will hold its annual luncheon at Spanish Wells Country Club. There will be a special awards ceremony for Leadership in the Arts, honoring volunteers, donors and others who have shown a continuing commitment to the arts in our community. Tickets are $36 per person. Reservations can be made by calling the Art League office.

Calling all artists: The Art League will receive artworks for its upcoming show "Art Focus" on March 31 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The juried competition is open to all Southwest Florida artists. A prospectus can be obtained at the Center for the Arts or on-line at www.artcenterbonita.org. An awards reception and campus-wide open house will be held April 3.

It’s time to register for summer art camps at the Center for the Arts. The League offers a wide variety of camps for children ages 4 to 15. Weekly camps are available June 15 through August 21. Camps are divided by theme and age and are designed to encourage artistic expression with age appropriate projects. Before camp and after camp care along with a supervised lunch make the Art League’s camp schedule convenient for working parents. Great scholarships are available making camp affordable for all.
