The events took place on March 17 at Limetree Park on U.S. 41. We share the same entrance road as Robb & Stucky and are located behind AA Two Brothers Pizza. The parade began at 2 p.m. at the entrance to the Park. Walter Slouffman is in his 80s and was the King of the Parade. Margery Schneider is in her 90s and was the Queen. We invited residents from Bonita Beach Trailer Park to join us and 17 of them participated in the parade. The rest of the participants were residents of Limetree. That is why there are two banners displayed at the head of the parade. The picture of six people standing side by side was taken after the parade and they are the committee that hosted the parade, a social party after the parade and a St Patrick's Day Dance last night with entertainment provided by Joe Sassarini of Bonita Springs. The dance was from 7 to 10 p.m. Needless to say, it was a long day. Pictures were taken by Bob Watson and Pam Faustlin.
