The City of Marco Island Farmers Market is continuing each Wednesday, from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m., through April 29. Located at Mackle Park (1361 Andalusia Terrace). Stop by and visit all of our local farmers who offer a wide variety of goods and vegetables just for you.
Some of our market vendors include Oletimes Bakery, Anita’s Guacamole, Paradise Seafood Market, South Naples Citrus Grove, Oh! Soaps, Gallegos Farm Fresh, Twins Produce, Naples Honey Company, Naples Pasta Company, Olives 4 You, Goodland Pickle Co., and many more.
Since the beginning of our market in November we have received an overwhelming response of positive feedback from our vendors as well as those traveling through the market. For those who have come out to experience the market thus far, you have had the enjoyment of live band entertainment from local Naples band Magic Moments, the Marco Island Strummers, and the Jim Manard Band.
The Marco Island Charter Middle School Jazz Band is scheduled to come out to entertain visitors in the near future. While enjoying the live entertainment visitors have been able to take a moment to enjoy some delicious meals for lunch including, fresh made quesadillas, gyros, pastries, and hot dogs.
We have six weeks left of our annual Farmers Market, so make sure that you come out and help support our farmers before time runs out. For more information on our weekly Marco Island Farmers Market please contact Mackle Park at 642-0575 or visit us on the Web at cityofmarcoisland.com and click on the parks and recreation link.
