What is your favorite TV show? Why?
I’m a little embarrassed, but it’s “American Idol.” I like it because it’s nice, clean entertainment. I also like “Dancing With the Stars” and “Housewives of New York.”
What is your favorite kind of program?
I like the reality TV, but drama, too, like “Nip/Tuck,” although it’s a little racy.
Do you get news from TV? Not much, but Fox is the only news I watch.
How about sports?
I don’t really watch any sports, but when the Olympics are on, I watch the gymnastics, because I was a gymnast in my childhood up through high school.
Do you watch movies on TV?
I don’t watch DVDs, but we have all the channels. I tape them on my DVR. I don’t get to the theater much, because of the baby. When we do go, I don’t have any desire to watch crappy movies, so I look at reviews online or on TV before going.
Is TV getting better or worse?
It’s probably getting worse, because there’s a lot of crap, like the reality shows I watch. When my son grows up, I wouldn’t want him to watch those.
What one thing would you change about television?
No commercials.
