Here are our recommendations for something to do each day, Thursday-Friday, Nov. 5-6, 2009:

THURSDAY: If it’s time for a girl’s night out, head up to Coconut Point in Estero for a night of holiday fashions, wine tastings, live entertainment, beauty and health demonstrations and other incentives. It’s at 23106 Fashion Drive in the mall off U.S. 41. It’s from 6 to 9 p.m. and is free. 992-9966

FRIDAY: Get your groove on at First Friday at the Mercato with live entertainment and happy hour specials. It’s free, but IWannaHelp.net will accept donations on behalf of Charlie Mootispaw, 3, who recently received a liver transplant. The night of fun goes from 6 to 10 p.m. at 9118 Strada Place in Naples. www.mercatonaples.com
