Marco Island art lovers were treated to the Art League, Marco Island’s Center for the Arts’ ‘Fall Art & Craft Festival’ Saturday. Over twenty of the organization’s talented, creative, and innovative artist displayed their unique wares for art lovers to purchase. In addition to the individual artist, the Clay Guild also showcased its original art and crafts. The Clay Guild’s handmade Christmas ornaments attracted a great deal of attention. This was not the only opportunity to purchase Christmas ornaments; they will be available for sale during the Art League, Marco Island’s Center for the Arts’ Holiday Trunk Shows. The Trunk Shows will be held the first three Thursday’s in December from 5:30 PM. – 7:00 PM.

The Fall Art & Craft Festival was not just about finished works of art. The Art League also provided information on upcoming classes being offered at the Center. During the festival Linda Chambers provided visitors a glimpse of some of the techniques they will learn in one of her upcoming “Joy of Pastels” classes she will be teaching in January and February.
